Day Christchurch Tour
Day
1
Christchurch
Arrive Christchurch. Your vehicle will
be at the airport ready and waiting. You will transfer to
your first nights accommodation. Christchurch offers many
opportunities for fresh and exciting activities and attractions.
Depending on your arrival time today you can take a punting
trip down the River Avon where you will be treated to some
of the cities most magnificent sights and architecture.
Day 2
Shirley Golf Club
Your first round of golf will be at The Christchurch Golf
Club at Shirley. This is one of New Zealand's most prestigious
and longest established clubs in New Zealand. Christchurch
Golf Club has hosted 13 NZ Opens and is considered the Number
2 course in the country.
On option for this afternoon
would be to visit the International Antarctic Centre. Experience
the real feeling of the Antarctic. The Visitor Centre has
been designed and developed to give visitors a fun and entertaining
experience of the frozen continent. The centre has achieved
the position as one of Australasia's premier tourist attractions.
Day 3
Russley Golf Club
Russley Golf Course is todays golfing destination. Russley
is an extremely well presented, well-bunkered, tree-lined
course. Some of the holes provide spectacular views of the
Southern Alps. An option for this afternoon would be to take
a scenic drive south-east of Christchurch to the port town
of Lyttleton.
Day 4
Terrace Downs Resort
 An
early start today to your next golfing destination, the new
Terrace Downs Country Resort and Golf Club. Heading west approximately
one hour outside of Christchurch you will discover an awesome
backdrop to a truly challenging international-class golf course.
Designed specifically to be one of New Zealand's best courses,
Terrace Downs has already received accolades from around the
country and the globe.
After lunch, whilst in the
area you can try your hand at fly fishing, salmon fishing,
hot air ballooning, jet boating, mountain biking or horse
riding. Of course you could sit back and soak up the inspirational
views. Transfer back to Christchurch late afternoon.
Day 5
Clearwater Resort 
This
morning you will head to the Clearwater Resort in Christchurch.
Clearwater is an oasis of lush, green parkland, rippling streams
and crystal clear lakes. Another Bob Charles design, Clearwater
(as the name would suggest) features water on most holes.
The resort incorporates horse-riding trails, jogging tracks,
walkways and fishing streams.
Day 6
Christchurch
If you have free
time before heading off to the airport you can meander around
Cathedral Square - the heart of Christchurch centre for any
last minute shopping or sightseeing.
Transfer to airport
